Shipping & Return Policies

 We understand how difficult it can be to choose personal items online. You are welcome to return any item within 60 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method using any mail carrier you would prefer. 

We kindly ask that you safely wrap your return parcel, for we will only provide store credit if an item arrives damaged. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

You should expect to receive your refund within 7-14 days of us receiving your parcel; however, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We understand how difficult it can be to choose handmade, spiritual items online. You are welcome to return within 60 days for an exchange or refund to your original payment method, unless otherwise specified. You are welcome to use any mail carrier you prefer. 

How to Return or Exchange an Item

  1. Contact Us: Please email us. Include your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
  2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for securely packaging and sending the return item to us.
  3. Refunds: We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

General Return & Exchange Information

  1. Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. We cannot refund items that have been delivered to us damaged, so be sure to reach out to us if you have questions on how to ship your return parcel.
  2. Shipping costs for returns are not refundable. If you have received an item in error or it has arrived damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can best assist you.


Incorrect/Damaged Items:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within seven days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund; we appreciate the opportunity to make things right!
