TNG Centre is a project presented to His Eminence Tai Situpa in the early eighties by Venerable Lama Sangyay Tendzin -aka Lama Norbu Repa. His vision was to establish a Dharma Centre in France, gathering resident community with the view to initiate a continuous 'Minling Dorsem Nyendrub', with the aim to cleanse the negativities of the present ages.
This project has been supported since 1997 by His Holiness Karmapa who was entrusted with a request for blessing and protection at the early inception stage.
His Holiness further advised Lama Sangyay Tendzin to seek the needed transmissions, teachings and initiation of this particular practice from the main Dorje Lopön of the lineage: The Most Venerable Tenga Rinpoche. In June 2007, during a four days visit, Most Venerable Dorlop Tenga Rinpoche consecrated the main shrine room and gave the complete transmission of the Minling Dorsem Sadhana.
TNG Centre is operating all year long hosting a community of local residents. Its remote location in the countryside near Fourtou, constitutes a unique window of access to the practice of meditation. Regular seminars and reteeats take place there all year long. Also TNG Centre is offering on-line webinars, Dharmashop, Ceremonies and more.
